The sleeves work like a blood pressure cuff, using intermittent compression to inflate the device and squeeze the leg or hip, reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow while bringing healing oxygen to the area and removing any built-up toxins.

Although it’s most beneficial to help with traditional athletic recovery, Dr. Ellis has used this therapy to help patients regain joint stability in areas like the knees. It works well with any type of meniscus issue—we’ve used it on a couple of patients to help speed up their recovery.
